So I stole some music

Yeah, I’m a thief.  Aura sent me a whole bunch of whiny rock and I’m diggin’ it.  I went out and bought some CD’s from Best Buy.  The ratio of hot girls to everyone else is pretty damn high there.  The cashier was really cute and I’m fairly positive that she fell in love with me.  I bought a fifty CD spindle for twenty bucks.  Pretty good deal, huh?  I think so.  So I’ve burnt a bunch of stuff.  Dashboard Confessional, Dear and the Headlights, Muse, and the Dear Hunter so far.  All very good stuff.  I suggest you check them out.

I’m also vying for some new speakers for Christmas as the ones I have now suck shit.  They’re these little Sony speakers with really poor quality sound and they make a funny noise if you leave them on with no music, sort of a crackling sound.  Strange.

ALSO, I went to the post office today to mail a book to Laurie.  How to Make Love to a Negro.  At first I told her it was an instruction booklet for my girlfriends so they know how to please me.  I later told her the truth and she seemed interested so I offered to lend it to her.  So I set off to mail Laurie this book.  I went in to the store in which the post office has a little corner and the alarm went off.  Then I saw my boss there who had fired me about a year ago.  I asked him how business was and if the employee theft had stopped.  (When I left, pizzas were going missing, bundles of firewood, cigarettes, pop, etc.)  He told me it never stopped so I was pleased with that.  I’m sure it’s the old trashy asshole who worked there who’s doing it.  Anyways, I forgot the address so I had to leave the store and the alarm went off again.  It took the cashier and I a few minutes to figure out that the book was what set the thing off so she demagnetized it and I was on my way.  It was stupid, on the way back to school I realised that the address was in my pocket the whole time.  So I tried going back after school thinking I had the little slip of paper on me but it turned out I didn’t.  I had already paid for postage and the envelope though so I just filled it out when I got home.  I should’ve done that the first time.
