rogers_throttling

Rogers is definitely throttling my connection.  I’ve had problems with them before off and on.  It seemed to be doing well lately until the start of this month.  HORRIBLE SPEEDS.  It’s driving me insane.  On a night when The Office would be released I used to get great speeds.  Three or four hundred kB/s.  And now this.  ISPs should NOT be monitoring packets.  What the fuck is next?  Plain text packets with dissenting words about the government?

    After my internet seemed to be slower and slower i finally made the call to upgrade to high speed express or whatever and it worked great. I constantly got a download speed of 700kbs-1.2 megs for abour 2 weeks, then it dropped to about 300, and now it takes forever to even stream a fucking youtube video. Im so pissed, im canceling my tv, internet, wireless+data plan and home phone and switching to bell, i just hope i dont get the same problems from them.
