I woke up late today and rushed out my door, dropped my dad off at work and sped to school.  I get to my class and guess what?  No one’s there.  Yes, unbeknownst to me class was cancelled.  FUCK.  The funny thing is that I thought that the class was cancelled last week so I didn’t show up.  This week it IS cancelled and I do show up.  It’s okay, though.  I have a bunch of of work to do anyway;  a C++ project and a database lab, both of which are giving me trouble.  I’ll get them done eventually.

Also, I checked my co-op placement website thing yesterday and it said that I was a candidate for an interview so I clicked “Interested” and today the interview disappeared!  I hope that it comes back.  It’s a job at my school doing something or other.

I’m going out Friday to hang out with Shauna.  We’re going to the bars once again.  I think it’s gonna be pretty fun except I have to hang out with some of her friends for at least a portion of the night and I really don’t like new people.

My computer kicks fucking ass.  I was playing CS: Source last night as well as F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate.  I need some new games that will really test out my graphics card though.  I think that I might get ahold of COD 4.  I’ve heard that it’s really cool.

Good ol’ Pete.  I almost got hit by a car whilst trying to recover some candy that I had dropped on the road by that store about twelve years ago.  We had snuck out during lunch and ran to Peter’s Mini-Mart to buy some random goodies.  True story.

The truck got stuck trying to pull off from the side of the road.  I had to swerve and give ‘er till she finally took off.

Eighty or eight hundred kilometres an hour?  You’ll never know.

Oh yeah, I aced my programming assignment today.  We were doing constructors and manipulators.  Easy breezy.  Now really, peace.

So yesterday was alright.  I ended up going to the casino and winning seventy dollars.  It was pretty sweet, except that I hit these three symbols and it looked like I should have won a lot more.  That’s the thing about gambling, once you win a couple hundred anything less is just dissatisfying.  It makes whatever you win like a lot less than it is.  I mean, seventy dollars for ten minutes of fun is a lot of money, right?  Except it doesn’t seem that way.

I spent ten minutes convincing my parents to drive my brother and his friends downtown last night.  I had a headache and felt like shit so I didn’t want to.  I go, “Can’t he just drive drunk like every other teenager?”  And my dad says, “Not in our vehicles!”  Hahahahaha.

They finally did it so I was relieved.  Ten minutes later the phone rings and I answer it.  It’s my fucking brother, he forgot his ID in his coat pocket and begged me to bring it to him.  So I ended up driving downtown after all that crap.  I guess I figured that I was working for the money that I got from the casino.  And now he owes me one so it’s cool, plus he woulda done the same for me.

I’ve been listening to this last.fm station for the past little while. It’s very relaxing so it’s coo’.

Who knows what’s up for tonight. Right now I’m watching Mean Streets and it’s alright. Maybe I’ll go to the casino. I haven’t lost money there in a while.

There was still sunlight up until about fifteen minutes ago and it filled me with a sense of hope and joy.  I can already feel the days getting longer!  I can’t wait until that bitch stays out until ten at night and I can wear shorts outside while I smoke.

Today was insane weather.  I was driving home from school in mildly bad weather.  It was windy and snowing lightly when I saw this huge cloud of snow swirling in.  It was spectacular.  In fifteen seconds the weather changed from a light snow to an all encompassing blizzard.  Here was my view:

Yeah, I know that driving and taking pictures isn’t the smartest thing in the world.  But the thing you have to realise is that I’m an expert driver and an expert photo-taker so I knew that I’d be okay.

I have to make a glossary of ten words relating to RFID chips (human-implanted ones).  It’s really boring.
